Very few British soldiers were able to get photographs of life in the war, with them often being taken for the purpose of propaganda, or during the battles themselves. I am lucky enough to have several original photographs taken by my great grandfather, or others in his regiment. this is a showcase of these original photos from the war, showing what life was like when there was no combat.
